The chocks around the wheels of the plane suggest that the car ran under the jet and not the other way around. The car’s front left tire looks completely blown up. We can see an officer on his knees at the front of the car. There is a chain behind him, so one could say that he’s trying to find somewhere to attach the chain to extract the car from underneath the plane.
